MST...Uncut!

#404 Teenagers From Outer Space
At 86 minutes, BBI needed to do some shaving in order to make this fit within the allotted time.
They cut out the opening and about a minute at each commercial or Host Segment break.
Unlike many films, this wasn't padding, but viable riffing material. Sadly, something had to go...

Teenagers opens at an observatory. There are a few close-ups of the interior - We spot a man looking through a telescope and he calls out "Doctor Mason, Doctor Mason!"

Servo: "Derrick Mason?
Crow: "He catches passes by day and watches the stars by night!"

Scientist: "I'm sorry, I guess it was nothing. A sudden light reflection, it startled me"
Servo as Dr. Mason: "You called me over because a light startled you?
Crow: "Once he was surprised by a feather and wet 'em"
Dr. Mason: "It was no doubt a comet or a meteor"
Scientist: "No - It seemed to be a drill shaped thing, revolving"
Joel as Dr. Mason:"Could it have been one of those revolving drill shaped things?"

Servo as Scientist: "Here, allow me to put on some glasses so that I might appear deep and intellectual.
Scientist: It makes me realize how desperately alone the Earth is - Hanging in space like a speck of food floating in the ocean.
Sooner or later, to be swallowed up by some creature floating by...

Crow as Dr. Mason: "Well...yup... Hmmm"

Joel as Dr. Mason: "Your kind of a wingnut, aren't you son?"

Crow doing dumb guy voice:
"Duuh, I like eating paint chips"
Servo: "Speaking of floating, my back teeth are..."
Joel (leaning towards Tom): "Hey cool it..."

We leave the two scientists and are shown a shot of the dog Sparky, barking at the sky. What does Sparky see?

Why it's a drill shaped thing... revolving!

(And how much you wanna bet that they're bringing some creatures to swallow the Earth up whole?)

Sparky barks while the ship lands, we get a closeup on the space craft and credits roll. This is where we join Joel and the bots.
